Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item isn't the right fit, we're happy to offer an exchange under the following terms.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Be returned in their original packaging, where possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Eligible returns will receive an exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Final sale or clearance items.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
